Farm Camp is all about having fun, making new friends and being outside with our amazing animals.

Farm Camp was started in 2009 when we were home-schooling our kids and were just starting to add more farm animals to our 2 acre Petaluma property -a long time dream of mine. As I watched my children grow and learn from all of our amazing creatures, I decided it would be great fun to share the magic we were creating with other families. My happiest days are when we have kids here and I see the joy our farm brings! Many of the kids that have been coming since they were little are now teens and work as paid helpers!

Our farm is now home to over 30 goats, 3 mini donkeys, a mini Zebu cow, 2 sheep, many chickens and ducks, 15 rabbits and many guinea pigs, 4 dogs, 9 cats….and more! We love to teach the kids about each animal and have them participate in farm chores and animal care. Many have seen baby goats being born, helped with vaccines and watched sheep shearing. On any given day we may be cleaning the chicken coop, playing games, doing a craft, and giving the animals loads of loving. Our camps are very free flowing - we go with the energy of the day. I don’t like to put a lot of structure on the kids as I feel they get plenty of that in school.

We’d love to have your child join us!
